The grapes are destalked and crushed. 15 hour maceration with overpumping to enhance the extraction of colour and aromas. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 16篊 for 10 days.

The grapes are destalked and crushed. Fermentation is controlled in stainless steel vats at 26篊, with maceration taking 16 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine remains in French and American cask for 1 month after which time it is subsequently bottled.
