WHITE WINES
CRIN ROJA MACABEO VERDEJO
55% Macabeo -45% Verdejo
The Macabeo variety is one of the most widely-grown white varieties in the Iberian Peninsula. Some people place its origin in the Ebro river basin, from where it spread to other parts of Spain. And Verdejo is one of the white grapes par excellence in the Iberian Peninsula. This grape is mostly found in Castilla y León (Rueda), followed by Extremadura and Castilla La Mancha.
This wine presents a pale yellow colour, and in the nose, its aromatic power stands out with a mixture of white fruit (apple and pear), citrus fruits and a floral finish. In the mouth it is balanced, with a good level of acidity that gives it freshness.
Pairing: salads, tapas, pasta, rice, seafood.
ROSÉ WINES
CRIN ROJA ROSADO
85% Tempranillo - 15% Bobal
This wine is made primarily with the Tempranillo variety (the most emblematic grape in our country, especially in the La Rioja region) and with a small percentage of the Bobal variety (a grape native to the Utiel-Requena in the Valencian D.O., and which is grown in some regions in Castilia-La Mancha).
Redcurrant-pink colour. Complex nose, with subtle aromas of red fruit (strawberry, raspberry) and confectionery notes. Balanced and fresh on the palate with an elegant finish of fruity aromas.
Pairing: appetizers, risottos, pasta, pizza.
RED WINES
CRIN ROJA TEMPRANILLO
100% Tempranillo
This wine is made primarily with the Tempranillo variety, the most emblematic grape in our country, especially in the region of La Rioja.
Cherry red in colour, it has an intense aroma of red berries and liquorice undertones. In the mouth, it is dense and pleasant, with strong fruit and floral notes.
Pairing: Cured cheese, ham, game.
CRIN ROJA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
100% Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is made with Cabernet Sauvignon, one of the most widely-recognized varieties in the world. This grape originally came from the Bordeaux area in France and thanks to its excellent adaptation, nowadays it can be found all over the world.
It has a cherry red colour and is very opaque. It presents an intense aroma, with complex and rich spicy nuances over ripe fruit undertones. In the mouth, it is dense, meaty and has a long finish.
Pairing: Roast veal, stews, pasta dishes with sauces.
